Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with ValidateItnow. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a paid subscription.

1. Money-back window

If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a refund within 14 days of your initial paid charge for that plan. We will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal you didn't intend to use, contact us within 7 daysof the renewal charge and we'll refund the renewal — provided the account hasn't been actively used during that period.

3. How to request a refund

DM us on @validateitnow on X from the account associated with your subscription. Include:

  • The email address on the account.
  • The date of the charge you want refunded.
  • A short reason (optional but helpful so we can improve).

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited, and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. What is not refundable

  • Charges older than 14 days for the initial subscription, or 7 days for a renewal, except where required by law.
  • Subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle — your plan stays active for the rest of the paid period; we don't refund the unused portion.
  • Charges where the account has shown clear signs of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund history.

5. Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription is separate from a refund. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; this stops future charges but does not automatically refund the most recent one. To request a refund along with cancellation, DM us as described above.

6. Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. We will almost always resolve refund requests directly and faster than your bank can. Chargebacks can lead to account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
